Kenyan police say one person was killed and 26 injured in an explosion at a bus station in central Nairobi. The blast hit a bus about to set off for the Ugandan capital Kampala. Last July, the Somali group al-Shabab said it was behind the blasts in the Ugandan capital which killed more than 70 people. Will Ross reports from the Kenyan capital.
The explosion happened beside a bus which was about to set off for an overnight journey from Nairobi to the Ugandan capital Kampala. Some eyewitnesses report that a bag was about to be loaded on board, but it exploded during a security check. Windows of the red bus were left smashed, and blood could be seen on the ground beside the vehicle. Just hours earlier, Uganda’s police chief had warned of possible Christmas-time attacks by Somali rebels.

大家不要因?yàn)橐粋�(gè)詞或者一個(gè)句子沒有聽懂而中斷后續(xù)的思路，如果這樣的聽力習(xí)慣會(huì)導(dǎo)致整個(gè)內(nèi)容的混亂與丟失。因此切記不要在沒有聽懂的地方過于糾結(jié)與停留，因?yàn)橐稽c(diǎn)內(nèi)容沒有聽懂不會(huì)影響到整個(gè)文章內(nèi)容的聽不懂，我們要學(xué)會(huì)抓大放小，學(xué)會(huì)放棄。聽不懂的地方整個(gè)聽完后再回去反復(fù)聽，要弄明白沒有聽懂的原因，可能是某個(gè)單詞不認(rèn)識(shí);某個(gè)專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)意思理解偏差;某個(gè)語(yǔ)法不明白導(dǎo)致句子意思無(wú)法理解;或者語(yǔ)速加快導(dǎo)致的;又或者是自己的不專心。
3.不要在乎特別難懂的人名或地名
新聞中往往會(huì)涉及過多的人名或地名，我們?cè)谄綍r(shí)練習(xí)時(shí)不用過多識(shí)記，在考試中也不用被這些次要詞妨礙，比如在某國(guó)家某小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)生的爆炸事件，其中關(guān)鍵性的內(nèi)容是爆炸事件，而發(fā)生的地點(diǎn)則不影響內(nèi)容，在題目中也不會(huì)問及這些關(guān)于國(guó)家地點(diǎn)的問題。
4.盡快鎖定大致內(nèi)容
新聞的主旨往往在首句處，因此前邊內(nèi)容要認(rèn)真聽清楚，往往一句話概括出內(nèi)容，后邊都是細(xì)節(jié)介紹。所以要盡快地抓住文章主旨。主旨句往往含有內(nèi)容關(guān)鍵詞，比如bus explosion/US election race等等。當(dāng)然也會(huì)有Now in sports(現(xiàn)在進(jìn)入體育新聞)....../Turn to the Middle East(現(xiàn)在轉(zhuǎn)向中東地區(qū))......等簡(jiǎn)單的呈現(xiàn)方式。
