　　分析：推薦信要多寫(xiě)優(yōu)點(diǎn)，充分肯定成績(jī)，篇幅不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng)，但也不能三言?xún)烧Z(yǔ)過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)單。大體可以分為三步(段)：寫(xiě)信目的，指出寫(xiě)信人和被推薦人的關(guān)系;推薦原因(品質(zhì)，能力，性格等)：多寫(xiě)優(yōu)點(diǎn)肯定成績(jī);總結(jié)說(shuō)明被推薦人值得被推薦(例如能勝任某項(xiàng)工作)。

　　【Directions: One of your friends wants to apply for a job working with foreign teenagers. Write a letter to recommend him/her, describe his/her past experience, and explain the reasons.】

　　Dear Editors,

　　I am writing to recommend one of my best friends, Zhou Botong, for this post. With his outstanding leadership and cheerful personality, he was elected chairperson of the Student Union of Tsinghua University several times.

　　Busy as he was, he completed his major, teenage psychology, with an outstanding school record. Upon graduation he was assigned to be a teacher in Tsinghua Middle School. What is more, he loves his job and enjoys working with children. This won him great popularity among his students.

　　分析：內(nèi)容包含說(shuō)明投訴的原因并表示遺憾;實(shí)事求是地闡述問(wèn)題發(fā)生的經(jīng)過(guò)，切忌夸大其詞;指出問(wèn)題引起的后果;提出批評(píng)及處理意見(jiàn)，或敦促對(duì)方采取措施，或提出所希望的賠償以及補(bǔ)救方式。需注意投訴信時(shí)語(yǔ)氣要冷靜、鄭重、克制，不必過(guò)于禮貌。但也要就事論事，不能進(jìn)行人身攻擊。同時(shí)，在描述問(wèn)題時(shí)盡量采用被動(dòng)句式，使描述更加客觀合理。
